Ryan Whitaker is a filmmaker and author from Nashville, Tennessee. His film projects include romantic drama Surprised by Oxford, sci-fi thriller After, and a forthcoming adaptation of Stephen R. Lawhead’s beloved fantasy series The Pendragon Cycle.

As Ryan Whitaker Smith, he is the author of Winter Fire: Christmas with G.K. Chesterton and co-author (with Dan Wilt) of Sheltering Mercy and Endless Grace.
